About pre-orders and special orders.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not been released yet. A special order is an order for an item that is available but that we don't keep as standard stock, these will be ordered in and then shipped to you.
All pre-orders and special order items are paid for at the time of ordering. This is to ensure you have one reserved and removes the need for future payments which can get complicated. We will also take any required shipping payments.
The release dates of pre-order items can change due to shipping and production delays, this is out of our control. Time frames for special orders are a guide and sometimes they may take longer due to delays in shipping, unfortunately this is out of our control. However, we will dispatch your order the same day or day after the item/s arrive with us. And order you item/s the same day you place your order.
