Returns & Faulty Goods


You can return any item you have purchased from us within 28 days from receivership of the goods. Please contact us before returning the goods. You do not have to give us a reason for your return. But a brief explanation will be helpful. 

You are responsible for the safety of any goods being returned and therefore we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service. We can not issue refunds for lost or damaged parcels. 

Inside of our return please provide us with your name, order number and an email address. This is in case we need to contact you and so your return can be processed. Without this, we cannot process your return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we have inspected the item(s) and approved your refund.

Card refunds take 5-10 working days and PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days this depends on how long it takes your bank to process the refund. Most refunds will take around 7 working days.

We cannot offer you a refund when;

  • You have used the product in any way.

  • If the product is damaged or missing parts.

  • Any irreplaceable seals have been broken.

  • The goods were a special order to your specification or specially ordered for you.

  • The packaging is incomplete, damaged or missing.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of the return postage. Refunds for shipping costs can not be issued.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Faulty Or Wrong Items 

In the very unusual situation that you receive a different item to the one you ordered. Please contact us as soon as you can. We will then be able to sort the matter out from there.

If you received an item that is faulty stop using it immediately and do not attempt to repair it. Contact as soon as you can about the fault.

We look at each case on an individual basis.

If there is a fault within 6 months of delivery we will offer an exchange. We reserve the right to inspect all items to verify they are faulty. 

This does not cover faults caused by accident, negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear and consumable items.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
