Our Contract

All submitted orders are accepted as checked and correct.

All orders will only be processed once payment in full is received.

Please note - even though our ordering and payment process is automated, all packing is done manually. We maintain “live” stock levels but in the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you for further instructions, failing so we will issue a refund.

Upon finalising your order and submitting, it is taken as an acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between Premium Hobbies and yourself. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case you will receive an email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse and decline any order for any reason. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds unless otherwise stated. They include any VAT payable if necessary but exclude delivery charges.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in the checkout before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or a refund for the unavailable item. This will obviously be suggested and will only be substituted when agreed by yourself.

Non-availabilities and substitutions may cause a delay to the order.

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.

We accept payment by Stripe which accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal. Payment is deducted when you complete your order. Please ensure that you are the owner of the card you are using or have express permission to use it.


We will process all approved refunds with in 7 days. It can then take 5-10 working days for you to receive card payment refunds, and up to 30 days if you have paid with PayPal. The time it takes for you to receive your refund depends on how quickly your bank process it.

Preorders/Special Orders

Preorders/Special Orders require a deposit or payment in full the deposit or 25% of the full payment is NON REFUNDABLE. They will be shipped as soon as products arrive into stock which is indicated by the release date on the product page. Any other products ordered with a pre-order item will be reserved for you and shipped once your whole order is in stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock products sooner please place a separate order for them.

Please note that we overestimate the due date to allow for delays in transit but occasionally it may happen that stock will be delayed even further and such events are beyond our control but we will update the due date as soon as we are aware of any potential delay. When we receive your order in stock will contact you to inform you about any further information, such as additional payment if a deposit has been taken or shipping information. When placing pre-orders you will be charged the relevant shipping amount.

This only referrers to special order or pre order items. These will be marked with 'pre order only' or 'special order only'. This does not apply to standard stock items. 

If we are unable to obtain or supply any pre orders or special orders for any reason. We will notify you and you will receive a full refund where payment has been taken.


Deposits are required when ordering pre-orders or special order items. The amount of the deposit required will be determined on each product page where necessary. When you place an order with a deposit you will be billed the deposit amount. Once your order arrives in stock we will then contact you about remaining amount and once paid in full your order will be dispatched. You will also be charged the relevant shipping fee for your order when placing your deposit. Deposits for pre-order items or special orders are non-refundable

Age Requirements

If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.

Sale items, discount codes, special promotions and prize giveaways

We reserve the rights to refuse any discount code, special promotions and prize giveaways if deemed necessary for whatever reason.

Discount codes can only be used before the expiry dates provided and can only be used before your order is placed. Once payment has been taken and your order received discount codes can not be applied. Discount codes and special promotions do not apply to shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

This Website

Premium Hobbies owns all photos on this site, unless otherwise stated. Photos not owned by Premium Hobbies are used at the permission of there owner. You may download and use them for personal uses only. You can not use these images for commercial use.

We, our Group companies and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.


These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Items sold on this website are intended for normal domestic and consumer use and are not intended for resale or commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, to remove or edit content, or to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you, and we will reimburse any payment made by you. Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and specified offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

Product Warranty

All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.

Warranty periods for our products will apply for all items from the date of the purchase for the period of 6 months.

Damages & Injury

Under no circumstances is Premium hobbies responsible or liable for any damages, injury, illness or death caused by use or misuse by our products. You are responsible for understanding the use of the products and taking the correct safety precautions.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers have a nominal value of £0.01, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

International Orders

We are happy to send orders internationally but Premium Hobbies accepts no liability for the parcel. If the parcel is lost, damaged or destroyed Premium Hobbies will not cover the cost. Premium Hobbies will also not cover the cost for customs, import or tax charges. The buyer is responsible for these.

Order Collection

You can choose to collect you order from us. There is no additional charge for collecting your order. All orders are held of a maximum of 14 days. If they are not collected within 14 days, you will be issued a refund and your order cancelled. We will not ship orders that wish to collect. When collecting your order you must bring photo ID and proof or your order. If you wish to have a collection order delivered a delivery fee will be charged. By using discount code 'COLLECT' you consent to collecting your order from us. 

The term "we" used in this document refers to Premium Hobbies Limited.

The term “you” used in this document refers to the reader.

Premium Hobbies may change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.

English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
