When will my order arrive?

We dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm the same day. Orders placed after this are dispatched the following working day. 1st class should arrive the next working day after dispatch, and 2nd class should arrive 2/3 days after dispatch. All orders are sent signed for so please make sure someone is in to sign for them.


You don't have an item I want.

If we don't have something you want, please let us know, and we can order it in for you. We will always try and get it quickly as possible and offer you the best price possible. We hold accounts with several suppliers so we should be able to get the item you want.


The item I want is out of stock?

We have a real-time stock system and keep an eye on everything we have. We do regular orders to try and keep everything in stock. However, sometimes things do go out of stock. If would like something that is out of stock, please contact us, and we will see what we can do.


Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we do, more information about international delivery can be found here.


Do you process orders on the weekend?

We are closed over the weekend, so we do not ship orders. We maybe however sometimes pack them ready to go out on Monday.


How often do you do stock orders?

We do regular orders with our suppliers to always try and keep everything in stock. However a lot of what we stock comes from overseas, so we have to do the largest order possible. We do MRP and Splash orders between once a month or once every few months.


Can I collect an order from you?

Yes of course you can! Just enter discount code COLLECT at the checkout. This will set the shipping price to zero and allow you to collect your order from us. More information on order collection and be found at the bottom for the shipping page.


I’ve placed and order but forgot to add something to my order, what do I do?

Just send us an email and will give you a discount code. You’ll them be able to place and order though the website and wont be charged any extra shipping. We’ll then post all of your orders together as one.
