Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
We would like to thank all of our new and returning customers for their support over the last few weeks and their continued support over the next few months. These will be changeling times for many of us over the next few weeks. So we wanted to take a moment to reassure our customers of what we're doing to keep operating like normal while keeping everyone safe.
We are still open as normal but busier than ever. The website will remain open and accepting orders for the foreseeable future. The vast majority of orders are still being dispatching within our same day dispatch time frame as before.
There are delays with Royal Mail delivering parcels due to the increased work load and reduced staffing. Some parcels are taking longer than others to arrive. If you would like your items quickly we recommend you choose 1st class or next day as these are priority services. Please allow up to approx 5 additional days after dispatch for delivery from standard delivery times, some parcels may take longer.
Steps we're taking to help protect both customers & ourselves.
Before packing any orders we are thoroughly washing our hands and disinfecting all work areas and equipment.
Any stock we revive from our supplies will be left for a minimum of 48 hours before being unpacked. When we unpack deliveries we will be thoroughly disinfecting as we go.
We have reduced access to our stock rooms.
You will no longer be able to collect orders from us.
We have sadly stopped adding sweets to orders for a short time period.
Some shows may have or have been cancelled. This will be looked at case by case.
Any order placed between 19/03/2020 and 31/06/2020 will be eligible for a return period of 90 days, instead of our standard 28 days returns.
There are lengthy delays in both customs and transport with international parcels being delivered by Royal Mail. Orders my take a little longer to arrive than normal.
We are very busy at the moment and we are trying to keep products in stock. We recommend you sign up to a wait list if something is sold out, so you get notified ASAP when it is back in stock. As some products are selling out very fast when restocks arrive. Also some suppliers have closed and many have reduced there staff levels. Meaning that some products are currently unavailable and there are short delays (1-2 days) with some restocks arriving.
There are also delays in new products arriving and what is available form manufacturers. There have already been delays with goods leaving Asia over the last few months. And these delays will increase with the changing situation here in the U.K.
These are changeling and changing times and we may take extra steps in the future if needed. We will be keeping this page updated.
We would once again like to thank all of our wonderful customers for their support and patience over the coming weeks and months. We hope you all stay safe and indoors giving you time to build some of your stash.
Best wishes Ed Sutton, Director.
