MRP 2K Super Clear Gloss

1X Gloss Varnish 15 ml

1X Hardener 15 ml

Mix equal parts of varnish and hardener together and mix well (no need for thinner). Apply with a nozzle/needle size between 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm.

If you feel that thinning is needed use Mr Hobby, Mr Color Levelling Thinner. Or MRP Mr Thinner/Mr Thinner Slow Dry.

Recommended spraying guidance

-1st coat: Light coverage

Flash off for 4-5 minutes

-2nd coat: Light coverage

Flash off for 4-5 minutes

-3rd coat: Light/Medium wet coverage

Flash off for 4-5 minutes

-4th Coat: Wet coverage.

Flash offs of 4-5 minutes between coats are very important to prevent runs.

Becomes touch dry after around one hour and fully cured after 12-24 hours. After which it can be sanded and polished for an even higher finish and gloss level. (we recommend leaving for around 48 hours before sanding and polishing.)

2K LACQUER HARMFUL.  WEAR RESPIRATOR & GLOVES AT ALL TIMES, DON’T BREATHE PRODUCT IN OR LET IT TOUCH BARE SKIN. USE WITH A SPRAY BOOTH.
