We believe that you shouldn’t have to wait for weeks for your new items to arrive. That’s why we offer SAME DAY dispatch for all orders placed by 2 pm Monday - Tuesday and before 1 pm on Thursday and Friday, we are closed on Wednesdays. Along with a range of shipping options that offer both speed and value, getting your order to you in just one day or a few.

At the same time, we don’t want you to receive any damaged products. That's why we take great care to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and we seriously pride ourselves on our packaging. Paints are sent in sealed bags to avoid any damage from leaks (no leaks yet). We also use plenty of bubble wrap and packing material to avoid any damage from knocks and dumps. And with our custom tape and fragile labels, you’ll know when your new goodies have arrived.

Orders placed before 2 pm Monday - Tuesday and before 1 pm on Thursday and Friday (we are closed on Wednesdays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the very next working day. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed but the vast major of orders are dispatched on the very same day. Please allow up to three days for dispatch.

UPS Next Working Day

We offer express delivery with UPS Next Day. Your order will take priority for dispatch and should arrive with you the very next day. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 2 pm Monday - Tuesday and before 1 pm on Thursday and Friday (we are closed on Wednesdays) for same-day dispatch. UPS Next Day costs £7.40 for UK mainland (excludes Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). Orders for the Scottish Highlands and Northan Island cost £16.50 and take 1-2 working days.

This is a fully tracked delivery service and once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number. You’ll also receive delivery updates from UPS by email. On the day of delivery, UPS will send you an out-for-delivery email with an estimated delivery time window. UPS delivers on working days only and is not guaranteed the next day. There may be occasions where UPS delivery is not available, if this is the case your order will be shipped by Royal Mail 24 Hour or Special Delivery. We do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery or same-day dispatch.

Royal Mail

We offer standard delivery with Royal Mail 48, for parcels and large letters under 2 kg. You should receive your order within 2-4 days from dispatch.

Royal Mail 48 starts at £1.60 for large letters or £3.90 for parcels. Royal Mail aims to deliver within the advertised time frame of 48 hours, however, sometimes it can take a day or two longer.

Please note this is not a tracked service and you won’t be supplied with a tracking number by default. However, we are able to provide you with one upon request. All Royal Mail 48 has delivery confirmation with GPS location for security.
